How long does it take to process my order?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 0-1 business day (Monday - Friday).

What do the product prices include?

  • Prices - All our prices are inclusive of VAT (Exception – Swedish Candy) and are denoted in British pounds (GBP). The total amount to be paid is clearly presented at the checkout.
  • Swedish Candy - Customs Duties, Fees, and Taxes: Products from the Swedish Candy collection are shipped from Sweden and buyers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, fees, and taxes upon receiving their order.
  • Swedish Candy - Country-Specific Restrictions: Check for import restrictions in your country before placing an order. Verify your delivery address carefully; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Google Pay & Apple Pay: We are pleased to offer Google Pay and Apple Pay as convenient, secure payment methods. Opting for these services means seamless transactions directly from your smartphone. By selecting Google Pay or Apple Pay, you acknowledge and agree to abide by their respective terms and conditions, ensuring a secure and efficient payment experience.

Klarna: Klarna Pay Now lets customers pay for their order using their online banking details. Klarna Pay Now connects with the customer’s bank account. We offer Klarna Pay Later as a payment option for our UK customers. This allows you to purchase now and pay at a later date, subject to Klarna’s terms and conditions. For example, if a customer pays using Klarna Pay Later, then they'll arrive at Klarna's checkout page to create a new account or log into an existing one. The payments are handled directly within the Klarna interface, and not through my store checkout. If the customer has any issues or questions, then they must contact Klarna directly. It is important to note that the customer must be located in the UK and checking out in GBP (British Pounds) for Klarna to appear as a payment option. 

PayPal: For those who prefer the trusted environment of PayPal for online transactions, we readily accept payments through this platform. Please ensure you have a valid PayPal account. By using PayPal, you agree to comply with PayPal’s user agreement, which guarantees a safe and reliable transaction process.

Credit and Debit Cards: We accept a range of cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro, for those who prefer traditional credit or debit card transactions. Shop Pay: Secure payment service that saves your shipping and payment information, allowing you to check out faster the next time you shop with us. With Shop Pay, you can choose to pay now or select the installment option to split your purchase into four equal, interest-free payments over time. How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery time:

  • Standard shipping: We usually deliver orders within 5-10 business days. (Monday - Friday)* (in regular season).
  • Swedish Candy Shipping: Swedish candy is delivered separately to ensure proper packaging and will arrive within 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday)* (in regular season).

What if you're out of stock?

Whilst we do endeavor to keep our online store stock information as accurate as possible, sometimes we do run low or even out of stock completely due to unexpected large orders. We’ll let you know immediately if this is the case and also when we expect our new stock. If this new delivery date doesn’t suit you, we’ll try to find a suitable substitute or refund you for this out of stock item.

What happens if I don't like the items I ordered?

We hope that you will be delighted with all the goods you receive, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply contact us to arrange to return the items within 28 working days after receipt. We can only accept the return of goods if they are unopened unless they are received damaged.

My credit card won't go through?

If you’re having trouble paying by credit card, it may just be that you need to activate this facility with your issuing bank. If it’s still not working please email us at sales@kidsnfam.co.uk.

Can I shop directly in a store?

At the moment, we only offer online shopping and do not have a physical store for direct purchases. We are constantly working to improve the customer experience and look forward to meeting our customers in person in the future.

Can't track my package?

When your order is on its way, you will receive an email with delivery information. The message includes a tracking link that allows you to follow your order step by step. To track your order, simply use the order number and the email address you provided at purchase. This way, you can always stay updated on the whereabouts of your order.

Where is my order?

Oh no! Has your package disappeared without a trace? Don't worry, we sent an order confirmation to your email as soon as you placed the order. Can't find the email? Please check your spam folder, as sometimes messages end up there by mistake. If you still can't find it, don't hesitate to contact us.
